摘    要:目的确定重楼总皂苷的最佳超声提取条件。方法以总皂苷得率为指标,正交设计法优化重楼皂苷的超声提取工艺。结果检测波长为410nm,薯蓣皂苷元在0.004~0.020mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),最佳超声提取工艺:料液比1:70,超声温度65℃,超声功率90%。结论优选出的超声提取工艺合理、经济、可行。

Abstract:Objective To determine the technics of ultrasonic extraction of total saponins from Paris polyphylla Smith.Methods Orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions of ultrasonic extraction of total saponins from Paris polyphylla Smith,in which the yield of total saponins was the experimental index.Results The wavelength of the maximum absorption was 410 nm.There was a good linear range of Diosgenin in 0.004~0.020 mg/mL(r=0.999 9).The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions:solid-liquid ratio was 1:70,temperature was 65 ℃,and ultrasonic power was 90%.Conclusion The technics of ultrasonic extraction is reasonable,economical and feasible.
