| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经腹超声(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值.方法 148例输卵管妊娠患者行TAS与TVS检查,并与手术结果对比分析.结果 TVS对胎囊型和未破裂包块型的检出率高于TAS(P＜0.05),TAS与TVS对破裂型输卵管妊娠的检出率无差异(P＞0.05).结论 TVS对早期胎囊型及未破裂包块型输卵管妊娠的诊断优于TAS.两者联合使用对输卵管妊娠诊断有重要临床应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of thansabdominal sonography（ TAS） and transvaginal sonography（TVS） in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods It was a retrospective study of TAS and TVS findings of 148 patients diagnosed pathologically as tubal pregnancy. Results TVS was more sensitive in the diagnosis of early unruptured tubal pregnancy （P〈0.05）. There was no difference between TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of ruptured tubal pregnancy（P：〉 0.05}. Conclusion TVS combined with TAS have greater clinical value in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. |
