| 摘 要： | 我们进行了威灵仙合剂治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床和药效学研究，并与息斯敏组做对照，结果表明：威灵仙合剂的治愈与有效率与新型抗组胺药息斯接近，但其治愈后的复发率却显著低于对照组，没有息斯敏的副作用，故可广泛应用于荨麻疹患者的治疗。

| Abstract: | The effects of mixture of clematis chinensis osbeck in chronic urticaria were studied and controlled with hismanal. The results showed that the cure rate and effective rate of mixture of clematis chinensis osbeck in chronic urticaria were similar to hismanal(P>0.05),but the recurrence rate of treated group was obviously lower than that of control group(P<0. 01). The mixture of clematis chinensis osbeck has no obvious side effects and it can be widely used in the treatment of urticaria patients.including the patients who are drivers,who work high above the ground and who are engaged in the special works. |
