肾母细胞瘤术前化疗疗效分析

目的 探讨分析肾母细胞瘤术前化疗的优劣。方法 对35例手术治疗的肾母细胞瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中27例患者术前给予化疗。结果 化疗后肿瘤体积明显缩小17例,出现明显化疗药物毒副反应15例;术中死亡1例、术后切口延迟愈合4例、白细胞仍减少5例。结论 肾母细胞瘤术前化疗可有效地减少手术并发症的发生,合理的化疗方案的选择,积极的内科保守治疗可有效预防化疗毒副反应及并发症的发生。

Clinical effects of preoperative chemotherapy for Wilms tumor

Objective To evaluate the effects of preoperative chemotherapy for Wilms' tumor. Methods Thirty-five surgical-ly treated cases of Wilms tumor were retrospectively analyzed, 27 of which received preoperative chemotherapy. Results Af-ter chemotherapy, the tumor volume reduced obviously in 17 cases and adverse effects of the chemotherapeutic agents oc-curred in 15 cases. Subsequent operation was performed in all the patients, of whom 1 died during the operation, 4 had de-layed healing of the incisions and 5 still had decreased leucocytes. Conclusions Chemotherapy before the operation for Wilms tumor can effectively reduce the complications of the operation. Appropriate chemotherapyprotocol and vigorous con-servative drug therapy help prevent the occurrence of adverse effects and complications of the chemotherapy.
