丹红注射液联合西药治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛的临床研究

目的研究中西医结合法治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）的疗效。方法164例UAP患者随机分为治疗组82例和对照组82例。两组患者均给予西药常规处理，治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液，比较两组治疗前后心绞痛的发作次数，持续时间，血脂四项（总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白），血液流变学（全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞比容），心电图情况及不良反应。结果治疗组疗效总有效率明显高于对照组；给药后，两组心绞痛发作次数、发作时问明显改善，且治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论丹红注射液联合西药治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛的疗效显著，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical research of Dan Hong injection combined with western medicine in treating senile unstable angina pectoris

Objective To study the clinical research of Dan Hong injection combined with western medicine in treating senile unstable angina pectoris. Methods 164 patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients were given routine treatment of Western medi- cine. Patients in the treatment group plus Danhong injection on the basis of conventional therapy. Index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment includes ： angina attack frequency, duration, blood lipids （total cholesterol, triglycerides in four, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein）, blood （whole blood rheology specific viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit than）, ECG and adverse reaction. Results To- tal effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than which in control group; after administra- tion, anginal attacks, attack time significantly improved. For angina frequency and time, ECG, the curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with western medicine in treating senile unstable angina pectoris curative effect is remarkable, and no obvious adverse reac- tion, it is worthy of clinical application.
