脑梗死早期血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的动态变化及与预后的关系

目的研究脑梗死早期血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的动态变化及其与预后的关联。方法收集急性脑梗死的患者62例，对照组28例，测定发病后24，72h、7d时血清MMP-9含量；随访3个月评估预后。结果脑梗死组患者发病后24，72hMMP-9水平逐渐升高，在发病7d时已经明显降低，但仍高于发病后24h；与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；预后良好组发病初期MMP-9水平明显低于预后较差组（P〈0．05）。结论脑梗死急性期内血清MMP-9明显升高，发病72h内的MMP-9升高程度与疾病严重程度呈正相关。

The dynamic change of MMP-9 after early cerebral infarction and its relationnship with the prognosis

Abstract] Objective To observe the dynamic change of serum MMP-9 after early cerebral infarction, and its relationnship with the prognosis. Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as test group, and 28 non-symptom patients were selected as control group. Blood samples were collected of all the patients on the timespot of 24,72 h and 7 d. ALL the patients were followed up for three months and evaluated with Barthal Index. Results In early stage of acute cerebral infarction, the serum level of MMP-9 rised signifi- cantly. It was much higher at 72 h than that of the other two timespots （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of serum MMP-9 was paralleled with the prognosis of the disease （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The level of serum MMP-9 in acute cerebral infarction rised obviously, and was positively correlated with the severity of disease.
