| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨甲状腺放射性核素显像中出现核素摄取减低情况时的图像表现差别及相关病因分析。方法 :对 91例甲状腺病患者行单光子发射型计算机断层 (SPECT) 99mTc甲状腺静态显像。所有患者以及对照组均进行了化学发光免疫分析 ,并对以上患者的临床资料与对照组进行对比分析。结果 :亚急性甲状腺炎症、甲状腺功能减退、桥本病末期、碘甲亢的图像表现没有明显差别 ,其FT3、FT4、TSH、Anti TG、Anti TPO检查与对照组比较存在显著性差异。结论 :对主要表现为甲状腺核素摄取减低的各种疾病单纯依靠图像鉴别较困难 ,若将图像表现结合血清学检查和临床表现进行综合分析可提高诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discover the differences of thyroid 99m Tc imageswhen thyroid makes a low uptake of 99m Tc and to make an analysis of etiology.Methods:Performing thyroid 99m Tc SPECT imaging on 91 patients, meanwhile each one including control group was tested using chemiluminescence immunoassay.Analyze their clinical information. Each group was compared with control group.Results:No significant differences was found among images of subacute thyroiditis, hypothyreosis, terminal hashimoto's disease,jod-basedow disease, but their FT3, FT4, TSH, Anti-TG Anti-TPO results were significant different with control group.Conclusion:It is difficult to make differential diagnosis when confronted with imaging of low thyroid uptake of 99m Tc. Both serological assay and clinical feature can help to increase diagnosis rate. |
