| 摘 要： | 我们选择１５例（其中７例脱落）难治性癫痫的病人，在服用基础抗癫痫药物（ＡＥＤ）的同时加用托吡酯，连续观察３个月，发现病人的发尖度均有不同程度的减少，且毒副作用极少。结合托吡酯的独特分子结构及抗癫痫机理，可以认为托吡酯是一种新型的安全有效的抗癫痫用药，尤其是对难治性部分性发作有较好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Topiramate used as an assistant drug to varies basic AEDs was studied through 15 refractory epilepsy cases(7 of them dropped). Frequency of seizures subsided significantly after continuous therapy for 3 months and very rare side effects were obtained during the study course. Topiramate, a new AED which has a unique molecular structure and superior anti - epilepsy mechanism showed good effects and safe results especially for partial seizures of refractory epilepsycases. |
