嗅神经母细胞瘤3例临床病理分析并文献复习

目的　探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤 (olfactoryneuroblastoma)的临床病理特点。方法　对 3例嗅神经母细胞瘤进行总结分析、特殊染色检查并结合文献进行讨论。结果　神经母细胞瘤少见 ,常见于鼻腔、副鼻窦 ;光镜下可见菊形团或假菊形团结构和腺样结构 ;免疫组化神经标记阳性。结论　诊断本病应排除其他疾病并紧密结合其他临床病理特点和免疫组化结果

Olfactory Neuroblastoma:A Clinicopathological Study of 3 Cases and Review of the Literature

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of olfactory neuroblastoma.Methods Histopathological changes of tumoral calcinosis in HE and special stained sections were analyzed in 3 cases with review of the literature.Results The lesion exists seldom,most often at the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.The rosette-like structure or artificial rosette-like structure and glandoid structrue can be seen in microscope.The neveral markers have postives made by immunohistochemical method.Conclusions It is impotant for us to make a diagnosis in combination of the clinical and pathological feature with its resultes of Immuohistochemistry dyeing while to exclude other factors.
