| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸部损伤的临床特征,总结早期诊断与治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2008-07～2010-09间,收治的84例胸部损伤患者的病历资料,分析不同原因的损伤及临床治疗方法.结果 本组84例患者,治愈80例,治愈率95.24%;死亡4例, 死亡率4.76%.死亡原因:多器官功能衰竭综合征(MODS)2例,合并颅脑损伤1...

| Abstract: | Objective The clinical features of thoracic injury,Summary of early diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of July 2008 ～ September 2010 84 patients admitted to clinical data of patients with thoracic injury,Analysis of different causes of injury in clinical treatments.Results The group of 84 patients,80 patients were cured,the cure rate was 95.24%,4 cases died,the mortality rate of 4.76%.The cause of death: multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in 2 cases,head injury in 1 case,1 case of combined abdominal injuries.Conclusion Closely observe the patient’s condition changes,make the right treatment in time,In order to improve the success rate of treatment of patients. |
