腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿临床效果观察

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法选择2008-03～2010-06间,妇产科收治的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者135例,随机分为观察组(腹腔镜手术组)95例,对照组(开腹手术组)40例,观察组采用腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术;对照组行常规开腹子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术。结果两组病例手术过程均顺利,均未出现脏器损伤及术后感染等并发症,术后常规随访6～18个月,未见复发。观察组患者无1例中转开腹,手术时间、术中平均出血量、术后排气时间和术后住院时间均优于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿效果好,痛苦少,并能极大程度的避免并发症的出现,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Laparoscopic Surgery for Ovarian Endometriotic Cyst Clinical Effect

Objective Laparoscopic surgery for Ovarian endometriotic cyst clinical efficacy.Methods Select March 2008～June 2010 Obstetrics and Gynecology were treated ovarian endometriotic cysts in 135 cases,Randomly divided into two groups(laparoscopic surgery group) 95 patients in the control group(laparotomy group) 40 cases,Observation group were treated with laparoscopic Ovarian endometriotic cystectomy;Type of conventional open surgery control group Ovarian endometriotic cystectomy.Results Two groups of patients during surgery were successful,there were not such as organ damage and infection complications,routine follow-up after 6 to 18 months,no recurrence.None 1 The patients were converted to laparotomy,operative time,mean blood loss,postoperative discharge time and postoperative hospital stay are better than the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for Ovarian endometriotic cyst effective,less painful,And can greatly avoid the complications,is a safe and effective treatment is worthy of promotion.
