| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of two kinds of bonding repire materials in the treatment of the aged root caries. Methods 50 cases of such patients and total 200 tooth were repired.100 tooth were applied light-cured composite Z250 of 3M,and the same name as the contralateral 100 tooth were repaired by Chemfil Superior glass ionomer filling of DENTSPLY respectively.To evaluate the effect through 1 year’s followed-up. Results The success rate of the light-cured composite group was 91%,and the glass ionomer filling group was 95%.(χ~2 =4.31,P <0.05). Conclusion Glass ionomer filling is more effective than light-cured composite in the aspect of root caries repair. |
