Paraplegic Nursing Prevention of Urinary Tract Infection

Objective：To explore reducing paraplegia incidence of urinary tract infection method.Methods：82 cases of paraplegia injuries on two different approaches to the early urinary care,nursing care control group with conventional methods,the improved method for the observation group,the early closure catheter,and timed release of urine,reduce the indwelling catheter time,and not half-way replacement of the catheter,no bladder irrigation.Results：Observation group,the incidence of urinary tract infection was significantly lower than control group.Conclusion：Early closure catheter is a simple urinary tract infection prevention,effective and feasible method.
