Meaning for investigate the serum level of total bile acids, Prealbumin and other enzymes in patients with liver diseases

Objective：To investigate the serum level of total bile acids（TBA）,Prealbumin and other enzymes in patients with liver diseases,and to analyse its clinical significance.Methods：The Serum total bile acids were measured in 198 patients with liver diseases and 57 normal controls by the method of circle enzyme,the serum ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL were measured in the same time.Results：Various groups of liver disease were compared with comtrol group,serum concentration of TBA and PA were raised in different degree（P〈0.01）,While PA content with illness gradually reduced especially in acute hepatitis、chronic hepatitis in deep degree、heavy hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,the level of seram TBA changed significantly,PA significantly reduced.their abnormity rates（100%）were obvious higher than in the other biochemical index.Conclusion：Serum TBA and PA were sensitive liver function index to reflect severe degree of liver diseases,and it possess important referance value in clinical diagnosis、verdict curative effect and clinical development of liver diseases.
