开展人性照护理论培训对护士照护行为的影响

目的探讨人性照护理论培训对临床护士照护行为的影响。方法对128名临床护理人员进行人性照护理论培训,组织学习讨论护理关怀行为指南、交流人性照护实践经验等;建立人性照护网上论坛、答疑与咨询,以多种形式和渠道宣传和介绍人性照护理论以及实际应用价值和意义。采用照护行为质量评价表和患者满意度调查表于人性照护理论培训前后对护理人员和患者进行测评。结果培训后护士的照护行为和患者满意度评分显著高于培训前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理人员经过人性照护理论培训后,将人性照护理念融入护理工作中,有利于提高护士照护行为和患者满意度。

Influence of human caring theory training program on nurses' caring behavior

Objective To explore the effect of human caring theory training program on clinical nurses′ caring behavior.Methods A total of 128 nurses were selected to take the human caring theory training program. They were convened to discuss the guidelines of caring behavior, and share their experiences of caring practice. Online forum of human caring was built, and online consultation service was provided to the trainees for the purpose of propagadation and introduction of human caring. The modified Caring Behavior Assessment scale and patient satisfaction form were used to measure the effect of the training program.Results The trainees had higher scores in caring behavior, and patients′ satisfaction rates were significantly higher after the training than before the training(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion After the human caring theory training, nurses are able to put human caring theory into practice, which is beneficial to developing caring behavior and improving patients′ satisfaction with nursing work.
