| 摘 要： | 目的 了解椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛的现状.方法 自行设计问卷,调查浙江省62家医院产科椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛开展情况及影响因素.结果 仅39家开展椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛,其中16家实施率低于1%、17家实施率为1%~20%、6家实施率>20%.开展椎管内麻醉分娩镇痛与产科年分娩量、镇痛管理模式、麻醉师及助产士人员配备、提供镇痛服务...

| Abstract: | Objective To study the status of intravertebral anesthesia applied in delivery analgesia.Method Investigate on status and influencing factors of intravertebral anesthesia applied in delivery analgesia in obstetrical department of 62 hospitals by self-designed questionnaire.Result Only 39 hospitals apply intravertebral anesthesia in delivery analgesia.Rates of intravertebral anesthesia are less than 1% in 16 hospitals.For another 17 hospitals,the rates vary from 1% to 20%.6 hospitals have rates higher than 20%.Application of intravertebral anesthesia in delivery analgesia is related to annual amount of delivery,mode of analgesia management,staffing in anaesthetist and accoucheuse,service duration of analgesia.Conclusion The status of carrying out intravertebral anesthesia in delivery analgesia is poor. |
