| 摘 要： | AQP4是一种调节脑组织水平衡的通道蛋白.AQP4在分子及基因水平时脑水肿起调控作用,各种病理过程如脑外伤、自发性脑出血、脑肿瘤等导致AQP4的失调控与脑水肿的形成有密切关系.本文就两者关系展开综述.

| Abstract: | AQP-4 is a channel protein regulating the balance between brain water.AQP4 regulate the brain edema in the molecular and genetic level.The loss of regulation of AQP4 caused by various pathological processes such as brain trauma,spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,and brain tumor is closely related to brain edema formation.This article summed up the relationship the two. |
