Clinical Research on Docetaxel Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To compare the effect and toxicity of docetaxel combined with cisplatin,(TP regimen) and gemcitabine plus cisplatin(GP regimen) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 49 cases of advanced NSCLC patients were divided into two groups randomly.26 patients were treated with TP regimen and 23 patients were treated with GP regimen.All cases were treated at least two cy-cles.Results The effective rate of TP group and GP group were respectively 53.8% and 39.1%(P<0.05).the median time of progression were 9 months and 4 months,the median survival time were 15 months and 9 months.The mainly Toxicity were bone marrow depression and gastrointestinal tract.Conclusion The short-term effect of TP regimen in the treatment of NSCLC was higher than GP regimen and the toxicity could be tolerated.
