摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定生血康口服液的含量.方法:采用迪马(钻石)C<,18>(250mm×4.6mm.5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(35-65),流速1.0ml/min,蒸发光散射检测器.结果:黄芪甲苷与其它杂质能达到有效分离.在0.03021mg/ml~0.19206mg/ml范围内,浓度同峰面积呈良好的线形关系,...

Determination of Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate Injection by HPLC

Abstract:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection.Methods:Diamonsil C18high performance liquid chromatography column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) produced by Dikma technologies was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water (35 -65)with phosphoric acid) -methanol(6:13),and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.EvaporativeLight -scattering Detector.Results:Astragaloside Ⅳ and it′s related substances couldbe separated well.The linearity of the dehydroandrographolide Succinate curve was well correlated(r=0.999698)within the range of 0.03021mg/ml -0.19206mg/ml.The instrument precision RSD was 2.81%;The method precision RSD was 3.78%.Conclusion:The methods appeared to be simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used to control the quality of potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection.
