Abstract:Objective To propofol through the application in abortion,with the ordinary abortion compared incidences of complications,understanding the propofol clinical side effects,while relieving abortion while ensuring the intraoperative painful life safety of patients.Methods Selection health,no allergic constitution of the pregnant women with 180 experimental and control group,points in preoperative group intravenous propofol 2.0~2.5 mg/kg,note medicine speed for 2.0~4.0 mg/s,without any drug control during the operation,observation pregnant women in pain,blood pressure and heart rate,agitated,flow saliary,respiratory inhibition,etc.Results Without pain and obvious experimental pregnant women induced abortion syndrome occurs,intraoperatie bleeding less,but have different degrees of restless,salivate,body twist,dizziness,respiratory inhibition side effect.Conclusion The method is simple,safe,and can effectively relieve the pain of pregnant women when abortion,but should positively prevent and timely treatment of propofol side effects,is the ideal short-acting systemic intravenous anesthesia.
