| 摘 要： | 目的：测定苦参碱栓中苦参碱的含量。方法：采用滴定法检测。结果：苦参碱的平均回收率为100.22%,RSD=0.69%,n=6。结论：本方法操作简便、结果准确、回收率高、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
