The Analysis of the Occlusal Reconstruction of Bilateral Molar Teeth for the Old of Free Missing Teeth

Objective Through repair of the aged bilateral molar free missing teeth patient,analyse clinical queries after occlusal reconstruction.Methods 40 the aged patients treated by removable topical denture casting brackets,to attend the clinic a year later to check the quality of denture,to evaluate through whether or not there are pain of mucuous membrane,damage of abutments,satisfaction of mastication,deformation of bracket and break of dentures.Results The dentures of the 40 patients are running expected.The survey of mastication satisfaction shows 29 patients are very satisfied with the treatment(72.5%),10 patients feel the treatment is acceptable(10%),1 patient is not satisfied with the treatment(2.5%).Conclusion Occlusal reconstruction is an effective way for treating bilateral molar free missing teeth.
