| 摘 要： | 目的:研究克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶剂对小鼠阴道炎的治疗作用.方法:采用白色念珠菌液造模法制备小鼠阴道炎模型,测定白色念珠菌感染的转阴率,阴道病变炎症程度及治愈率.结果:治疗组小鼠白色念珠菌感染的转阴率,阴道病变炎症程度及治愈率与模型组相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05),其中治疗高剂量组与模型组相比有极显著性差异(P＜0.0...

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of Clindamycin phosphate Vaginal Gel on Vaginal inflammation.Methods：The rat model of candida albicans vaginitis was produced by infection of the domestic rat vagina with the white beads germ.The reducing rate of the white beads germ in the vagina secretion,the recovering degree of the vagina mucosa organization and cure rate were examined.Results：The group of treatment of rats of the value of the reducing rate of the white beads germ in the vagina secretion,the recovering degree of the vagina mucosa organization and cure rate compared with the model has obvious differences（P〈0.05）.The group of treatment of rats in high measure of serum IL-value compared with the model has obvious differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Clindamycin phosphate Vaginal Gel can increase obvious therapeutic effects against Vaginal inflammation induced by Candida alricans in rats. |
