| Abstract: | Objective：To establish an assay of determination of 5-Hydroxymethyfurfural in Glucose Injection by HPLC.Methods：HPLC was carried out on a DiamonsilC18（250×4.6mm,5μm）column;The mobile phase consisted of potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile（80：20）with the flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1.The column remained at 30℃ and the detection wave length was at 284nm.Results：The standard curve was in good linearity in the range of 0.4201μg/ml～25.204μg/ml,R=1.00000 for determination of its related substances.The average recovery rate was 100.27%,RSD=0.55%.Conclusion：The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Glucose Injection. |
