| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨音视频健康教育模式在胆道疾病围术期的应用效果.方法 将60例胆道疾病患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各30例.对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组采用音视频健康教育模式.结果 观察组围术期知识知晓率、自护技能准确率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),术后肛门首次排气时间显著早于对照组(P＜0.01)....

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of audio-visual perioperative education materials for patient with biliary tract diseases.Methods Sixty patients with biliary tract diseases were divided into two groups according to admission order,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine patient education,the observation group employed audio-visual perioperative education materials.Results The awareness rate concerning perioperative knowledge and the accuracy rate of self-care skills in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and gas passage took place earlier in the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of audio-visual perioperative education materials for patient with biliary tract diseases can improve the effect of education. |
