脑卒中患者出院后的亲情化延续护理

目的探讨亲情化延续护理对脑卒中患者日常生活能力(ADL)、遵医行为及满意度的影响。方法将105例临床治愈出院的脑卒中患者随机分为观察组(54例)和对照组(51例),均于出院后第7、14、30天各随访1次,以后每月随访1次,连续6个月。对照组采取电话回访或返院咨询方式;观察组采取成立亲情延续护理中心,上门访视与指导、制作亲情卡等亲情延续护理方式。结果观察组Barthel指数、4项遵医率及满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论亲情化延续护理可提高脑卒中患者的ADL,提高遵医率,提高满意度。

Family-like continuing nursing care for discharged stroke patients

Objective To explore the impact of family-like continuing nursing care on the ability of daily living(ADL),behavioral compliance and satisfaction of discharged stroke patients.Methods One hundred and five clinically cured and discharged stroke patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=54) and a control group(n=51).They all received a follow-up on the 7th,14th,30th day,and were then followed-up once a month over a 6 month period after discharge.The control group were followed up through telephone or were required to return to the hospital for consultation.For patients in the observation group,family-like continuing nursing care was carried out:a continuing nursing center was set up to conduct follow-ups;nurses made home visits and gave instructions;nurses made greeting and instructive cards and issued them to the patients.Results At 6 month,patients in the observation group had significantly higher Barthel Index,rate of behavioral compliance and satisfaction than those in the control group did(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Family-like continuing nursing care can improve ADL,rate of behavioral compliance and satisfaction among discharged stroke patients.
