| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甲状腺手术中甲状旁腺损伤的原因及预防.方法 回顾分析我院2007-01～2010-06间,手术治疗115例甲状腺患者的临床资料,分析甲状旁腺损伤与手术方式的关系.结果 单侧甲状腺手术,术后无1例发生低钙血症;双侧甲状腺手术,术后2例发生暂时性低钙血症.本组低钙血症发生率1.7%.结论 双侧甲状腺手术,增加了甲...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the etiology and prevention of parathyroid glands injury after thyroidectomy in thyroid surgery. Methods Clinical date of 115 cases of thyroidectomy were analysed retrospectively from January 2007 to June 2010,and the relationship between hypoparathyroidism and the method of thyroidectomy were studied. Results Caducity hypocalcemia after in bilateral thyroid surgery was found 2 cases and the incidence was 1.7%(2/115).There was not incidence after unilateral survey. Conclusion The bilateral thyroid resection increase the occurrence of parathyroid glands direct contusion or misresection.Surgeon familiar with anatomy,surgical precision operation,to avoid total thyroidectomy is an effective way to prevent parathyroid injury. |
