Observation on Complications after Percutaneously Renal Biopsy Leading by Realtime Ultrasound Guidance

Objective To study the correlation between renal function and complications after percutaneously renal biopsy lead by realtime ultrasound guidance.Methods 69 patients treated with percutaneously renal biopsy in our department were studied together.The complications incidence rate,such as haematuria,perirenal hematoma,lumbago,were analysized between different renal function groups.Results There was no statistically difference in ncidence rate of haematuria and perirenal hematoma between various renal function groups(5.8% VS 11.8%,1.9% VS 5.8%).However,the incidence rate of lumbago was higher in abnormal renal function group(9.6% VS 41.1%).Conclusion Haematuria,perirenal hematoma and lumbago were the most common complications after renal biopsy.There was a high incidence rate of lumbago in abnormal renal function patients.Whereas no significant difference in haematuria and perirenal hematoma should be observed between various renal function groups.
