| 摘 要： | 目的:建立GC法测定鼻通宁滴剂中挥发油的含量。方法:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M为固定相,涂布浓度为10%,70~110℃,初温保持1分钟,每分钟升高5℃,终温保持8分钟。结果:方法线性关系良好(r=0.9999);检测限3.43ng。结论:本法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于鼻通宁滴剂中挥发油的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish GC method for determination of Volatile oil content in Bitongning drops.Methods：using polyethylene glycols（PEG）-20M for stationary phase,coating,70 ~ 10% for concentration,temperature keeping early 110℃ 1 minute,every minute,elevated temperature keep ℃ 8 minutes.Results：linear（r = 0.9999）,Detection limit higher 3.43 ng.Conclusion：This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for determination of Volatile oil Content in Bitongning drops. |
