| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手部严重烧伤后指蹼瘢痕增生挛缩的治疗方法及后期康复.方法 回顾分析1995～2005年,收治的手部烧伤后瘢痕增生患者46例,以手术治疗及术后康复性治疗相结合的方法,对其患手功能进行治疗.结果 46例随访1～3年,因瘢痕挛缩受影响的关节得到完全或大部矫正,功能恢复满意.结论 手术结合康复综合治疗的效果满意,值得...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment method and post-treatment rehabilitation of finger web cicatrix hyperplasia and contracture after severe hand burn.Methods 46 cases of such patients,from 1995 to 2005,were observed.They were treated with surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation therapy.Results 46 patients were followed up 1 to 3 years.The affected joint was fully or most correction.The function recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion The clinical effect of Surgical treatment combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is satisfaction and it is worth generalization. |
