| 摘 要： | 目的观察银翘含漱液对内科住院患者口腔并发症的治疗效果。方法将住院并发牙龈炎的220例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各110例,观察组用自制银翘含漱液,对照组用朵贝尔氏液,均于晨起、三餐后及睡前含漱,1周后评价效果。结果观察组疗效显著优于对照组,治疗后细菌培养菌株总数减少。结论内科住院患者口腔并发症采用银翘含漱液治疗效果优于朵贝尔氏液。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Yinqiao mouth gargle on oral complications of medical inpatients.Methods Totally,220 hospitalized patients complicated with gingivitis were equally randomized into a control group and an observation group.The observation group employed Yinqiao mouth gargle to clean the oral cavity while the control group used Dobell′s solution.The patients all gargled their mouth in the morning,after meals and at bedtime.The effect of the mouth gargle solutions were compared after 1 week.Results The treatment effect of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);and total bacterical strains after the treatment were decreased.Conclusion The effect of Yinqiao mouth gargle on oral complications of hospitalized patients is better than Dobell′s solution. |
