| Abstract: | Objective To understand the perioperative clinical transfusion rationality in Puer city people’s hospital.Methods To analyze transfusion rationality of 1 942 cases of perioperative patients in Puer city people’s hospital from January 2007 to January 2010.Results Ratio of transfusion rationality of RBC,plasma was 66.40%,27.06% in respectively.ratio of"small amount of blood"and "with blood"were 46.04% 、51.14% in respectively.Conclusion There might be unreasonable transfusion of perioperative patients in Puer city people’s hospital. |
