红景天口服液对小鼠缺氧耐受力的影响

目的研究红景天口服液对小鼠缺氧耐受力的作用。方法分别以1．67、3．33、6．67mL／kg BW3个剂量的红景天口服液给予小鼠连续灌胃30天后，测定常压缺氧存活时间、亚硝酸盐中毒存活时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧存活时间等指标。结果红景天口服液3．33mL／kg和6．67mL／kg剂量组，能够延长小鼠在亚硝酸钠中毒后的存活时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧后张口喘气时间，且与阴性对照组比较，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05和P〈0．01）。结论红景天口服液具有提高缺氧耐受力的功效。

Experimental study on the effect of enhancing anoxia endurance of integripetal rhodiola herb oral solufion on mice.

Objective To study the effect of integripetal rhodiola herb oral solution in enhancing anoxia endurance. Methods The mice of experimental group were given integripetal rhodiola herb oral solution once a day for 30 days,with dosage of 1.67, 3.33 and 6.67 ml/kgBW respectively. And the negative control group were given distilled water, then after 30 days the Survival time of mice were measured which being in anoxia with normal air pressure, in poisoning by nitrite and in acute lack of blood in brain. Results The Survival time of experimental groups at dosage of 3.33 and6.67ml/kgBW were all longer than that of negative control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integripetal rhodiola herb oral solution is effective in enhancing anoxia endurance.
