| 摘 要： | 采用Hisasha修改的Urist制备AAA骨方法,以类似之骨基质明胶填充良性骨肿瘤手术后骨缺损及骨折不愈合等15例,切口均I期愈合,术后无一例感染,经8～38个月随访取得86％的成功率。

| Abstract: | Bone matrix gelatin was prepared from homologous bone in order to preserve the bone growth induction activity and eliminate its histocompatibility antigen thus avoid the disastrous rejection. After successful experiments on animal models, from Oct. 1986 to May 1988, homologous bone matrix gelatin were substituted for autologous bone in 1 5 patients underwent bone graft operation, the period of follow-up was 8-38 months. The bone matrix gelatin was replaced by new bone in the same interval as observed with autologous bone. Results in treatment of benign bone tumor and nonunion fracture depend upon the nature of pathologic processe in the host beds, and tight contact between implant and recipient material is essential. The overall result of 15 cases was 86% successful. |
