腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术56例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术（CISH）的适应症、手术方法、临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月-2006年12月完成的腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术（CISH）病例56例（研究组）,随机抽取同期采用传统经腹全子宫切除术58例（对照组）,比较2组术中、术后情况。结果2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。2组术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后最高体温、术后住院时间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论CISH具有术中出血少、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,适用于宫颈无明显病变的良性子宫疾病,值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Classical Intrafascial Supracervical Hysterectomy: a Report of 56 Cases

Objective To explore the operation method and clinical outcome of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy （CISH）. Methods Retrospective study was carried out for 56 cases underwent CISH （ observation group） in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2006 and 58 cases of total abdominal hysterectomy（TAH） as control, and the intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in operation time between the both groups. The intraoperative blood loss, the anus exhaust time, highest postoperative body temperature and hospitalization time after operation of the observation group was less than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions CISH, with obvious advantages of few operative hemorrhage,fast postoperative recovery and short hospitalization time, is suitable for patients with benign hysteropathy,deserve the clinical expansion.
