激光结合高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张6例

目的:评价激光结合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的近期疗效。方法:用半导体激光进行静脉腔内治疗并结合大隐静脉高位结扎。结果:手术时间单条肢体45~70min;术后住院2~4天;切口2~5个;6例切口均一期愈合,术后疼痛轻微,不需使用止痛药。曲张静脉处出现血栓样硬结2例,一般在3~6周内逐渐消退;皮下瘀斑2例,1周内消失;并发皮肤灼伤1例,较轻微,1周后治愈;并发隐神经损伤1例,3周内治愈。随访3~6个月,未发生深静脉血栓形成,也无局部复发。结论:利用激光结合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张操作相对简单,手术时间短,恢复快,住院时间短,术后美观,近期及中期疗效较好,可以部分替代传统的大隐静脉剥脱术。
