腓肠神经营养血管岛状筋膜皮瓣的临床应用

目的:探讨应用腓肠神经营养血管岛状筋膜皮瓣修复同侧小腿中下段、踝关节周围及足跟部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析应用腓肠神经营养血管岛状筋膜皮瓣修复同侧小腿中下段、踝关节周围及足跟部皮肤软组织缺损38例的临床资料.结果:35例皮瓣全部成活,3例皮瓣部分边缘坏死,经换药自愈,其中21例与受区皮神经吻合获得保护性感觉恢复,经过6个月至2年术后随访,效果满意,无并发症.结论:腓肠神经营养血管岛状筋膜皮瓣是修复同侧小腿中下段、踝关节周围及足跟部皮肤软组织缺损的可靠方法,具有手术操作简单,损伤轻,不需吻合血管,皮瓣成活率高等优点,值得临床尤其是基层医院推广应用.

Clinical Application of Island Fascia Flap with Sural Neural Nutrition Blood Vessel

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of reparing soft-tissue defection of homonymy leg, ankle and foot by the sural neurovascular flap. Methods: 38 patients with soft tissue defects in leg, ankle and foot were repaired by using of sural neurovascular island fascia flap. Results: 35 cases were survived entirely, 3 were accompanied with partial necrosis on the border and cured by changing dressings, 21 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months, the color and texture of the flap were excellent, the protective sensation were recovered, the configuration and function were satisfactory and no complications happer. Conclusion: Repairing soft tissue defection of the leg, ankle and foot by sural neurovascular island fascia flap is a reliable method, the operation is simple and impairment is little, the survival rate is high. It's worthy of clinical application in basic level hospital.
