针刺结合时间放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的:观察针刺结合时间放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对照组和观察组各60例患者,对照组采用针刺结合常规放血治疗,治疗组采用针刺配合时间放血治疗,两组针刺治疗均隔日1次,刺血3天1次,1个月为1个疗程。观察两组病人的治疗前后的疼痛程度及腰部功能状况。结果:治疗组60例,痊愈49例,显效11例,有效0例,无效0例,有效率100%,痊愈率81.7%。对照组60例,痊愈34例,显效22例,有效4例,无效0例,有效率93.3%,痊愈率56.7%。结论:针刺结合时间放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于针刺结合常规放血治疗。

Treating lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture combined with time bloodletting

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with time bloodletting in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods：60 patients in the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated by acupuncture combined with conventional bloodletting therapy the treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with time bloodletting therapy,acupuncture treatment once every other day of two groups,bloodletting three days once,one month for a course.The degree of pain and lumbar functional status before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results：60 cases of the treatment group,49 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,effective in 0 case,invalid in 0 case,efficiency was 100%,recovery rate was 81.7%.The control group of 60 patients,34 cases were cured,22 cases was markedly effective,effective in 4 cases,invalid 0 case,the efficiency was 93.3%,the recovery rate was 56.7%.Conclusion：The effect of acupuncture combined with time bloodletting was better than that of acupuncture combined with conventional bloodletting in treating lumbar disc herniation.
