摘    要:目的 在图像工程中,图像增强方法有多种,如增强对比度和动态范围压缩等等。该类处理方法比较灵活方便,处理效果也不错,但对于某些灰度分布很密集或对比度很弱的图像,虽然也能起到一定的增强效果但并不明显。方法对于该情况就可以采用灰度直方图变换方法将原始图像(细菌图片)密集的灰度分布变得比较稀疏。结果 拉大图像的对比度并在视觉上达到明显增强的效果。结论 使一些原本不易观察到的细节能变得清晰可辨。

Abstract:[Objective] There are many image enhance methods in image engineering, for example contrast enhancement and dynamic range compression and so on. These methods are active and the treatment efficiency are not bad, but for images whose gray distribution is intensive or contrast is weak, although there is some enhance efficiency but are not obvious. [Methods] Gray scale bargraph transformation routine made coarctate gray scale distribution of original image become sparse. [Results] We extended the contrast of picture and to make obvious augmented effect in vision. [ Conclusion] We made non-easy observed details of bacterium photographs become clear.
