止血海绵预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的临床观察

目的:观察碘伏配合止血海绵预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后干槽症的临床效果。方法:99例下颌阻生智齿拔除术患者随机分为2组,一组(52例)术后采用碘伏+止血海绵的方法预防干槽症,为碘伏+止血海绵组;另一组(47例)采用术后碘伏棉球消毒拔牙创的方法进行预防,为碘伏组。结果:碘伏+止血海绵组干槽症的发生率为2.0%,碘伏组干槽症的发生率为6.38%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下颌智齿拔除后用碘伏消毒拔牙创,并置入止血海绵可有效预防干槽症的发生。

Povidone Iodine and Gelatin Sponge on the Prophylaxis of Dry Sockets

Objective： To observe the preventative effects of povidoue iodine and gelatin sponge on dry socket caused by the extraction of the impacted mandibular third molars. Methods： 99 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. One group （52 cases） was treated by povidone iodine and gelatin sponge after the third molar extractions. The other group （47 cases） was treated only by povidone iodine. Results： The dry socket incidence rate in group with povidone iodine and gelatin sponge was 2.0%, and 6.38% in the group with povidone iodine only （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Recleaning the tooth extraction wound with povidone iodine and insertion of gelatin sponge can prevent dry socket effectively.
