| 摘 要： | 为探讨男性的正常衰老对内分泌系统的影响,以便对某些老年性疾病进行提前预测、提前治疗,应用电化学发光免疫分析对120名正常男性进行了E2、T、SHBG、DHEA-SO4、LH、FSH、FT3、FT4和TSH的浓度测定,并按年龄类别分为对照组(30名,年龄30~50岁)、低老年组(30名,年龄51~60岁)、中老年组(30名,年龄61~70岁)、高老年组(30名,年龄71~80岁)。结果表明:随着年龄的不断增加,全面了解中老年男性的多种激素的紊乱状况,对提前预测、提前治疗与之相关的疾病有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | To study the influence of the aging process on the endocrine system in male so as to predict senile disease for early treatment,the serum levels of E_2,T,SHBG,DHEA-SO_4,LH,FSH,FT_3,FT_4 and TSH were measured by electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) in 120 healthy males,which were divided into 4 groups: group A of 30 cases aged 30~50 years as control; group B of 30 cases aged 51-60 years as low-elder ages;group C of 30 cases aged 61~70 years as mid-elder ages;group D of 30 cases aged 71~80 years as high-elder ages.The results suggest that an understanding of the overall disorder conditions of hormones in elder people as the age increasing is beneficial to prediction and treatment of the associated diseases. |
