静脉点滴硝酸甘油对冠心病左心室功能的影响

讨论先天性巨结肠的诊断依据和手术治疗。探讨全结肠型巨结肠的手术时机及方法。方法：回顾３０例先天性巨结肠手术效果。结果：采用改良Ｄｕｈａｍｅｌ术式治疗先天性巨结肠并发症少,远期排便功能良好。结论：改良Ｄｕｈａｍｅｌ术式适于任何年龄和所有类型的巨结肠,疗效满意。

The effects of nitroglycerine on left ventricular function

Objective: To investigate the effects of large dose of nitroglycerine (NTG) on systolic anddiastolic function of left ventricular. Methods: Using echocardiography CK technique and pulse Dopplerechocardiography. Results: After intravenous NTG, the left ventricular volume was decreased at theend systole and diastole, stroke volume increased, and the systole function of global left ventricularimproved. Mitral E velocity was reduced and A velocity increased. The deceleration rate of E wasslowed and EDT prolonged. Conclusion: The results suggested that NTG improved the systolic anddiastolic functions of left ventricular and could also distinguish a "true normal" pattern from a"pseudonormal" one by "unmasking" of the underlying impaired LV relaxing with decreased preload.
