| 摘 要： | 间充质干细胞(MSCs)的旁分泌机制是MSCs治疗肝病的重要机制.MSCs除了少量分化为肝细胞外,其分泌的一系列营养因子通过减轻炎症反应、抗肝细胞凋亡、抗纤维化、刺激内源性细胞分化增殖和新血管形成等发挥治疗肝病作用,但具体作用机制、有效治疗时间及潜在的副作用有待进一步阐明.此文对MSCs在减轻炎症反应、抗凋亡、抗纤维化等方面的进展进行了综述.

| Abstract: | The paracrine secretion is the main therapical mechanism of mesenchymal stem cell (MSCs) transplantation on liver diseases. In addition to multi-directional differentiation potential, MSCs can produce a series of trophic factors to treat liver diseases through regulating inflammatory reaction, supressing hepatocytes apoptosis, regressing liver fibrosis, promoting endogenious liver stem cells differentiation, stimulating endogenious hepatocytes regeneration and angiogenesi. Despite great progression on MSCs transplantation had been made, it is necessary to be deeply elucidated the mechanism of ingraft, differentiation and treatment of MSCs transplantation to injured liver, in order to promote the hepatic lineage differentiation of MSCs and ensure of the safety of transplantation before applied on the clinical extently. In this article, the roles of MSCs in releasing inflammation, anti-apoptosis and anti-fibrosis are reviewed. |
