妇科急腹症时腹腔镜手术的应用

目的：探讨妇科急腹症时应用腹腔镜手术的价值。方法：对1992年6月-2000年12月间的638例妇科急腹症患者。应用腹腔镜手术情况进行回顾分析。结果：638例妇科急腹症患者均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。无术中术后并发症且在短期内得到恢复。结论：妇科急腹症时应用腹腔镜技术有诊断治疗双重意义。值得推荐应用。

APPLICATIONS OF LAPAROSCOPIC TECHNIQUE FOR GYNECOLOGIC ACUTE ABDOMEN

Objective:To investigate the value of laparoscopic technique for gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods:We retrospectively analysed 638 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen from June 1992 to December 2000,151 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,101 cases of adnexal torsion, 84 cases of ruptured corpus luteum cysts,8 cases of uterine perforation and one case of hemoperitoneum.Results:All of the 638 cases were performed completely via laparoscopy in no complications also quick recovery as well.Conclusions:It has double significances of diagnosis and management to apply laparoscopic technique for gynecologic acute abdomen.Because early disease can be treated by laparoscopic surgery,so it is comparative safe and simple.The clinical outcomes are good.Laparoscopic approach to gynecologic acute abdomen are accepted by both of doctors and patients.It is worthwhile to be recommended.
