摘    要:目的分析某综合性中医院2007-2011年医院感染病例,了解其分布和流行情况,为做好医院感染控制工作提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2007-2011年间医院感染患者的病例资料。结果共发生医院感染2868例,医院感染率1.89%;计3246例次,例次感染率2.13%,呼吸道感染为主。医院感染率最高的院内科室依次是ICU(51.21%)、血液科(13.48%)、老年科(8.18%)、脑外科(5.26%)。医院感染的主要病原体有:大肠埃希菌(14.33%)、铜绿假单胞菌(14.23%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(12.67%)、白色念珠菌(9.90%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(8.25%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(6.59%)。结论医院感染的病原学送检率逐年提高,但对传统中医科室的医院感染防控、多重耐药菌的监测与控制仍需重视。

Investigation and analysis of nosocomial infections in a Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from 2007 to 2011

Abstract:Objective To explore the distribution and popularity status ofnosocomial infections in a general hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2007 to 2011, and provide scientific basis for nosocomial infections management. Methods The clinical data of hospitalized patients with nosocomial infections from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 2 868 (3 246 case-time) patients acquired nosocomial infections during the 5 years, and the prevalence rate was 1.89% (2.13%, case-time rate). Lower respiratory tract was the main infection site. The top 4 departments of high nosocomial infection rates were ICU 951.21%), blood medicine department 03.48%), geriatric department (8.18%) and neurosurgery (5.26%). The major pathogens causing nosocomial infection were Escherichia coil (14.33%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (14.23%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (12.67%), Blastomyces albicans (9.90%) Acinetobacter baumannii (8.25%) and staphylococcus anreus (6.59%). Conclusions The culture rates of the pathogens submitted is increase in this hospital year by year, but the prevention of nosocomial infection in department of traditional Chinese medicine and the monitoring and contral of multi-drug resistant bacterias are still need we pay more attention.
