偏瘫康胶囊对脑缺血大鼠血清LDH及CK的影响

目的 :观察偏瘫康胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤时脑组织中LDH ,CK含量的影响。方法 :将 48只大鼠随机分为偏瘫康大、小剂量组 ,模型组 ,伪手术组 ,西比灵阳性对照组 ,华陀再造丸阳性对照组 ,用药 1周后用尼龙线栓塞大脑中动脉 (MCAO) 1h ,制作局部脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,然后分别对大鼠神经行为进行术后评分 ,断脑取血测血清LDH ,CK含量。结果 :脑缺血再灌注损伤 6h后 ,大鼠神经行为术后评分增高 ,血清LDH ,CK含量也明显升高 ;而预先服用不同剂量的偏瘫康胶囊均可明显逆转大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的上述变化。结论 :偏瘫康胶囊能降低大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤时脑组织中LDH ,CK含量。

Effect of Piantankang capsules on serum LDH and CK of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury

Objective: It is to study the effect of Piantankang capsule on the levels of LDH and CK in cerebral tissue of cerebral ischemia?reperfusion injury rats. Methods: Forty?eight rats were randomly divided into six groups and were treated with different medicines, and then were induced into cerebral ischemia?reperfusion injury model by inducing nylon suture into middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO). The effect of Piantankang capsules on nervus protection was studied, LDH and CK were determinde. Results: After MACO, the nervus?protective effect, LDH and CK activity were increased, Piantankang capsules improved the neurological defection rat, LDH and CK activity. Conclusion: Piantandang capsule can protect brain from ischemia?reperfusion injury.
