| 摘 要： | 目的评价血运重建干预对急性心肌梗死（AMI）后心脏胶原重塑的影响。方法选择在我院2005—2007年住院的AMI患者65例,依据不同干预方法分为常规治疗组（20例）和血运重建组（45例）,48倒健康体检者为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫法测定对照组和所有AMI患者在发病后1周、3个月及6个月时点的血清Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽（PⅠCP）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）,并进行组间和组内的比较。结果f1）1与正常对照组比较,常规治疗组和血运重建组（1周和3个月时点的PⅠCP除外）PⅠCP和PCⅢ均有显著升高。（2）2与常规治疗组比较,血运重建组各时点的PⅠCP和1周时点的PCⅢ显著降低。（3）常规治疗组各时点和血运重建组各时点的PⅠCP／PCⅢ比值均低于对照组,血运重建组6个月时点PⅠCP／PCIB比值高于本组1周和3个月时点。结论AMI后胶原代谢亢进,参与了心脏胶原重塑,血运重建干预可降低AMI后的血清PⅠCP和PCⅢ含量．对胶原重塑有一定的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of revascularization on heart collagen remodeled patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
