P21ras在非小细胞肺癌中表达的研究

目的:探讨ras癌基因产物P21ras在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法对61例NSCLC肺癌组织及癌旁正常肺组织进行了P21ras的检测。结果:P21ras在肺癌组织中呈高表达(62.3％,38/61),而在癌旁正常肺组织中无表达,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。在肺鳞癌及腺癌中的阳性表达率为57.1％(20/35)和69.2％(18/26),无显著差异。P21ras表达随NSCLC有淋巴结转移,病程进展及分化程度的降低而明显增高(P<0.05),结论:P21ras表达可能与NSCLC发生发展有关,并可作为判断其预后的参考指标。

Study on the expression of P21 ras in non small - cell lung cancer

Objective: To study the expression and meaning of ras oncogene protein product P21ras in the tissues of human non small - cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Method: Using immunohistochemistry avidin - biotin - peroxidase complex (ABC) method determined the P21ras in the fresh cancer tissues and nomal tissues adjacent cancer of 61 resected NSCLC cases. Results: P21ras presented high expression in cancer tissues (62. 3 % , 38/61) , but it was not detected in nomal lung tissues adjacent cancer, there was a significant between the two groups ( P < 0.05) . The positive rales of P21 ras in squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 57.1 (20/35) and 69.2 % (18/26) , no significant difference between them ( P > 0 05) The expression of P21ras was higher in the group of lymph node metastasis, Ⅲ- Ⅳ stage and low grade than in the group of no lymph node metastasis , Ⅰ - Ⅱ stage and high grade of NSCLC ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: The expression of P21 ras may play an important role in the carcino-genesis and development of NSCLC and may take as a poorer prognostic biomaker of NSCLC.
