肺癌患者中MAGE的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨黑色素瘤抗原基因 (melanomaantigensgene ,MAGE)MAGE A1、MAGE A2和MAGE A3在肺癌中的表达特点并评价其临床意义。方法 采用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法检测 31例肺癌的MAGE表达。结果 MAGE A1、MAGE A2和MAGE A3的阳性率分别为 4 1.94 %、4 5 .16 %和 6 1.2 9%。至少表达 1种MAGE A1~A3的比例达 93.5 5 % ,同时表达 2种MAGE A1~A3的比例达 4 1.94 % ,同时表达 3种MAGE A1~A3的比例是 6 .4 5 %。在不同临床分期、病理分型的标本中MAGE A1~A3表达率差异无显著性。存在淋巴结转移的肺癌标本中MAGE A3表达率明显高于没有淋巴结转移的肺癌标本 ,MAGE A3表达与淋巴结转移显著相关 ,而MAGE A1和MAGE A2的表达与淋巴结转移与否无关。结论 MAGE A1~A3在肺癌标本中有较高的表达率 ,尤其是MAGE A3。MAGE A1~A3表达与肺癌的临床分期、病理分型无关。MAGE A3的表达与肺癌转移存在相关性 ,可作为预后监测指标

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression feature of melanoma antigens gene (MAGE) A1,A2,and A3 in lung cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MAGE was detected by RT PCR in 31 cases of lung cancer. Results The positive rates of MAGE A1, A2 and A3 were 41.94%, 45.16% and 61.29% respectively. About 93.5% of patients with lung cancer expressed at least one of the 3 MAGE. The rate of expressing two of the 3 MAGE was 41.94%. Expressing 3 MAGE simultaneously was only 6.45%. Conclusions There is a high expression of MAGE A1, MAGE A2 and MAGE A3 in sample of lung cancer especially MAGE A3. The expression of the 3 MAGE is not related to the clinical stage and pathologic type. There is a direct correlation between the expression of MAGE A3 and metastasis. It can be regarded as a parameter of prognosis.
