| 摘 要： | 本文对８９例患者在测定血液流变学的同时进行经颅多普勒检查．结果表明：８９例受检患者中血液流变学诸指标有不同程度异常者６１例，占６８．５％．而多普勒检查８９例中异常者共５２例，占５８．４%．两者对比表明，血液流变学测定与多普勒检查结果有显著相关性，其中对心血管病及无明确诊断者的血液流变异常检出率较多普勒灵敏．而对脑血管病的检查两者基本一致．提示在没有多普勒仪器的条件下．血液流变学检测对心脑血管疾病的早期诊断及疗效观察均有重要的参考意义．

| Abstract: | To study the re1ationship between hemorheology detection and Doppler examinations, 89 cases were compared and ana1ysed. The results showed that there were, 61 cases(68.5%) and 52 cases(58.4%) with various abnormalities determined by hemorheology and Doppler examination in 89 cases. Comparing the two methods, there were significantly relationship between hemorheology and Doppler examination. Hemorheology was more sensitive than that of Doppler examination for the patients with cardiovascular disease and indefinite diagnosis. For the cerebrovascular disease, both methods were similar, which indicates that hemorheological parameters could be used for early diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease and therapeutic observations when there were no Doppler instruments. |
